CORONA, CALIFORNIA (May 24, 2015) – Two people were injured in a traffic collision on westbound State Route 91, east of State Route 71, Sunday night, a California Highway Patrol dispatch reported.
The SR-91 crash involving a gray Toyota Corolla and a white Toyota Tundra occurred about 9:35 p.m.
As per the dispatch, a witness testified that one of the parties was bleeding following the accident. The Corona Fire Department along with the paramedics responded to the scene to attend to and treat the victims in the Toyota Corolla. A woman complained of pain to her leg while a man complained of back pain due to the collision.
The incident prompted the slow lane to be blocked.
Authorities will determine liability as soon as the investigation process is over.
“Any injured party involved in a collision will have a bodily injury claim against the negligent driver who caused the accident,” said West Seegmiller, a Corona car accident and personal injury lawyer.
